Chat roomI opened this Chat room to enhance My Internet Radio Station. Im hoping that it will be a gathering place for people who want to discuss Gor and listen to some good music. The station is open from 9pm cst to 11pm cst 7 days a week, unless something comes up. So if You tune in and get dead air, then something has come up. I am also looking for persons interested in EJing with Me, doing other time spots and keeping the station up and running. We also have a sister station running 24 hour music. Its called Gortalkradio, and its run by My Blood Brother Tora^No^Shi. You can get there by tuning in to Winamp, to IP..64.152.82.72 port: 14414.

I will also be doing Newscasts, dealing with the Goings on in IRC Gor thanks to Gor^News. He will be providing Our listeners with Weekly summaries of all the news events taking place on IRC Gor. I hope also to do a broadcast of CoC events in IRC Gor. This is a station for all Gor, not just IRC, if You are a Gorean from another Chat area, and would like the news of Your Gor domain announced..please contact Me. You will find contact information for Me here on this web site at the index page. I also have a chat room in IRC Gor to enhance the radio program, for Goreans to come and meet and discuss Gor, and make comments and suggestions for topics to be discussed on the air.

Below the rules for the chat room, You will find a Format for the station, this is a tentative format, and can change at any given time. But I will try to stay to the itinerary.

These are the rules for the Chat room on IRC, Please read them and observe them. This is not a regular Gorean Room where kajira serve and dance, this is an information room, kajirae can and will be opped at times. As stated earlier, this is NOT a regular Gorean room.

Rules

1) This is a Free speech zone. Y/you can say anything you like on Any topic of Gor or Music. kajirae have the right to free speech at all times.(just keep it respectful) This isnt a typical Gor Room.

2) This isn't a Gorean Tavern, Hall, Inn, City, or whatever. Its a chat room for Goreans to gather and talk. So don't expect serves, or dances, or swordfights...its not intended for that, this is a place of knowledge, and understanding. As this is the case, kajirae can and will at times have Ops privelages, such as when they are on the air.

3) If your new to Gor, Please by all means ask any question you like, its what We are here for. People in the Chat room can suggest topics for discussion, or start a Q&A session. Or if you want to request a certain song, and if I have it, Ill play it!

4) If You want to upload MP3s to Me to play on the station. Send them to Sanosuke, the bot. Ill take them, format them for the station and viola, your song will be played for You.

5) No karta, positions, or anything of the like is necessary, No begging entrance or exit..but..Respect for those of Dominion is a must. And being polite is also a Must. If you leave, let someone know your leaving and if you feel like it, tell us why.

6) DJs...I expect professional behavior from You while You are in the Chat room at all times, if You have a personal complaint or problem, take it to private. Leave Your Bad attitudes and Bad day at the door. We want our listeners and the people in Our chat room to have a good time, not be stressed by arguements and disagreements.

7) If the problem warrants it, The problem or discussion will be taken to the Managers office, where it can be taken care of away from the sight of Our patrons. These problems will be moderated. To be honest, Im running a business here, even though Im not getting payed for it, I still want it treated as a business.

8) Only the DJ who is broadcasting, The Bots, and the Station Manager will be Opped in the room. This cuts down on confusion. I had originally wanted all the DJ's opped, but this only muddies up the place. The DJ signing off must Op the next DJ coming on. When You enter the room, be sure to De-op Yourself.

9) No one has the right to order a kajira around if she is on the air..NO ONE. With the exception of the Station Management staff, and her personal Master.
